Porquê os líderes africanos são tratados no Ocidente ou Oriente?

Para reflexão: alguns presidentes e lideres Africanos quando ficam doentes são levados para o ocidente ou para o Oriente para o seu check up médico e tratamento, etc A questão é: quando você foi Presidente ou lider e todos estes anos por que não criou hospitais adequados para tratar de si e do seu povo no mesmo padrão que os hospitais no Ocidente ou Oriente ...?

Makes you wonder: some African Presidents when they get ill they are flown to the West or may be to the East for their medical check up and treatment etc. The question is when you have been President all these years why didn't you create suitable hospitals to treat you and your people at the same standard as hospitals in the West or East...?
